為了使測試者更易操作，本儀器設(shè)計(jì)了中文菜單界面及狀態(tài)提示欄。以下介紹各個(gè)菜 單的級聯(lián)關(guān)系和功能 

濾膜完整性測試儀 濾芯氣泡點(diǎn)檢測儀  儀器的進(jìn)氣單元采用了全自動(dòng)數(shù)字控制，大大增加了檢測過程的穩(wěn)定性，完全摒棄了國內(nèi)檢測儀還需要生產(chǎn)廠家的專業(yè)人員采用調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)氣旋鈕控制進(jìn)氣速度的原始方法。

開機(jī) 

1. 將儀器電源插頭插入 220V，50Hz 的交流三芯插座。 

2. 打開儀器背板上的電源開關(guān)，接通儀器的電源，進(jìn)入開機(jī)主界面，點(diǎn)擊 點(diǎn)擊測試選項(xiàng)，進(jìn)入測試界面：

背面析介紹：

1、 電源開關(guān)，控制整臺(tái)儀器的電源供給。

2、 電源插座，提供 220V 交流電源。 

3、 保險(xiǎn)絲。 

4、 進(jìn)氣接頭。 

5、 出氣管接頭。 

6、 放氣接頭

Water intrusion pressure maintaining method

This method is designed for testing hydrophobic cartridge filter elements. At present, alcohol impregnated filter membrane is used for this kind of filter element when the first several methods are used for testing. Because the use of alcohols will bring safety problems caused by health and flammability, only deionized water / water for injection (di/wfi) level water is used in the water immersion test, and the filter membrane will not be wet, which means that this is a very attractive test method in principle.

The principle of water intrusion pressure maintaining method is to add water pressure to the dry and clean hydrophobic membrane. The surface tension and capillary tension make the water be repelled. When the pressure gradually increases to a certain value, the water is pressed through the largest hole on the membrane. This pressure value is called water intrusion pressure. When the water pressure is slightly lower than the water intrusion pressure value, isolate the upstream volume, maintain it for a certain time, make the system stable, and then measure the pressure decay value, The integrity of the filter can be judged by comparing the measured value with the specified value. This method is called water intrusion pressure maintaining method. The water intrusion pressure value is related to the pore diameter of the membrane, the hydrophobicity of the membrane, the purity of water, the temperature of water, the cleanness of the membrane, the dryness of the membrane, etc. there are many factors that affect it, so it is very difficult to achieve the reproducibility of this test in practice. Therefore, this method can be used as a rough inspection of the filter. If the water intrusion pressure maintaining method passes, the filter can be used. If it fails, it can be further verified by diffusion flow or pressure maintaining method.

水侵入保壓法 

這種方法是為測試疏水型筒式濾芯所設(shè)計(jì)的。目前用前幾種方法測試時(shí)，對此類濾芯都使用醇類浸潤濾膜。由于醇類的使用會(huì)帶來健康和可燃性引起的安全性問題，而用水浸入法測試時(shí)只使用去離子水/注射用水（DI/WFI）級別的水，且濾膜不會(huì)被濕透，意味著在原理上這是一種極具吸引力的測試方法。

水侵入保壓法的原理是在干燥清潔的疏水性膜上加上水壓，表面張力和毛細(xì)管張力使水被排斥，當(dāng)逐漸升高壓力到一定值，水被壓過膜上最大孔，此壓力值被稱為水侵入壓力， 當(dāng)所加水壓略低于水侵入壓力值，并隔絕上游體積，保持一定時(shí)間，使系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定，然后測量壓力衰減值，將測量值與規(guī)定值比較就能判斷濾器的完整性，這種方法稱為水侵入保壓法。 水侵入壓力值與膜的孔徑、膜的疏水性、水的純度、水的溫度、膜的潔凈度、膜的干燥度等有關(guān)，影響的因素較多，在實(shí)踐中要實(shí)現(xiàn)這種測試的重現(xiàn)性是很困難的。因此這種方法可作濾器的粗檢，如果水侵入保壓法通過，濾器可以使用，如果通不過則用擴(kuò)散流或保壓法進(jìn)一步進(jìn)行 驗(yàn)證。
