老化、干燥、烘培試驗(yàn)箱環(huán)境試驗(yàn)箱  結(jié)構(gòu)概述

   熱老化試驗(yàn)箱是在原系列產(chǎn)品改型后的系列產(chǎn)品，此產(chǎn)品改型后，節(jié)能、美觀實(shí)用，容積100升、140升兩種規(guī)格。非規(guī)格可更根據(jù)用戶要求可特別加工，所有規(guī)格的老化試驗(yàn)箱外殼體均采用優(yōu)質(zhì)鋼板焊接而成、表面烘漆，內(nèi)室鋼板噴涂耐溫銀粉漆制成或不銹鋼制成，設(shè)有二至五成擱板。中間裝有支架轉(zhuǎn)盤，保溫層采用超細(xì)玻璃棉隔熱。箱門設(shè)有雙層玻璃觀察窗，工作室與箱門連接處裝有耐熱石棉繩，以保證工作室與箱門之間密封。老化試驗(yàn)箱的電源開關(guān)、控溫儀等操作件均集中于箱體前面左側(cè)的控制處，按指示標(biāo)操作。The thermal aging test chamber is a series of products that have been modified from the original series. The power switch, temperature controller and other operating components of the aging test box are concentrated at the control point on the left side of the front of the box, and operated according to the indicator.

   箱內(nèi)加熱恒溫系統(tǒng)裝有風(fēng)機(jī)、電加熱器、合適的風(fēng)道結(jié)構(gòu)和控溫儀組成，當(dāng)接通電源時(shí)，風(fēng)機(jī)同時(shí)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)將直接置于箱內(nèi)后側(cè)的電加熱產(chǎn)生的熱量通過(guò)風(fēng)道形成循環(huán)風(fēng)，經(jīng)過(guò)工作室內(nèi)干燥物品再吸入風(fēng)機(jī)，如此不斷循環(huán)使溫度達(dá)到均勻。

   控溫儀為智能數(shù)顯顯示，具有控溫精度高，設(shè)定溫度帶有保護(hù)裝置和定時(shí)功能。

老化、干燥、烘培試驗(yàn)箱環(huán)境試驗(yàn)箱  注意事項(xiàng)

   1、箱外殼必須有效接地以保證使用安全。

   2、使用完畢后應(yīng)將電源關(guān)閉。

   3、老化試驗(yàn)箱無(wú)防爆裝置，不得放入易燃易爆的物品。

   4、老化試驗(yàn)箱應(yīng)放在具有良好通風(fēng)條件的室內(nèi)，在其周圍不可放置易燃易爆的物品。

   5、箱內(nèi)物品放置切勿過(guò)擠，必須留出空間，以利熱空氣循環(huán)。

   6、箱內(nèi)外應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持清潔。

   7、當(dāng)使用溫度在150℃~300℃時(shí)，關(guān)機(jī)后應(yīng)先將箱門打開降低箱內(nèi)溫度。

       供工礦企業(yè)，化驗(yàn)室科研單位作老化、干燥、烘培、熔蠟、滅菌之用。

使用方法

   1、將被干燥的物品放入老化試驗(yàn)箱內(nèi)，關(guān)好箱門后接通電源。

   2、把電源開關(guān)撥至‘開’處，此時(shí)電源指示亮燈，數(shù)顯控溫儀有數(shù)字顯示。

   3、控溫儀設(shè)定見附1。控溫儀顯示箱內(nèi)有溫度，一般情況下，加熱90min后溫度控制進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。（注意：智能型控溫儀參照下面‘操作方法’）

   4、當(dāng)所需工作溫度比較低時(shí)，可采用二次設(shè)定方法，如需工作溫度80℃時(shí)，第一次可設(shè)定70℃，等溫度過(guò)沖回落時(shí)，再第二次設(shè)定80℃，這樣可降低甚至杜絕溫度過(guò)沖現(xiàn)象，使箱內(nèi)溫度盡快進(jìn)入恒溫狀態(tài)。

   5、根據(jù)不同的物品，不同的潮濕程度，選擇不同的干燥溫度和時(shí)間。

   6、干燥結(jié)束后，把電源開關(guān)撥至‘‘關(guān)’’處，但不能馬上打開箱門取出物品，小心燙傷，可先打開箱門降低箱內(nèi)溫度再取出物品。

Usage

1. Put the dried items into the aging test box, close the box door, and then turn on the power.

2. Turn the power switch to the "on" position, and at this time, the power indicator light will be on, and the digital temperature controller will have a digital display.

3. The temperature controller setting is shown in Attachment 1. The temperature controller displays the temperature inside the box. Generally, after heating for 90 minutes, the temperature control enters a constant temperature state. (Note: For intelligent temperature controllers, refer to the 'Operation Method' below.)

4. When the required working temperature is relatively low, a secondary setting method can be used. If a working temperature of 80℃is required, the first setting can be 70℃. When the temperature overshoots and falls back, the second setting can be 80℃. This can reduce or even eliminate the phenomenon of temperature overshoot, allowing the temperature inside the box to enter a constant temperature state as soon as possible.

5. Choose different drying temperatures and times based on different items and varying degrees of humidity.

6. After drying, turn the power switch to the "off" position, but do not immediately open the box door to remove the item. Be careful of burns. You can first open the box door to reduce the temperature inside the box before removing the item.
