離線純化水TOC水質(zhì)分析儀  氧化反應(yīng)器

儀器利用UV射線在二氧化鈦光催化劑的作用下將有機(jī)化合物氧化成二氧化碳,氧化反應(yīng)器是一個(gè)UV燈外包螺旋形的石英管。UV燈發(fā)出185nm和254nm的光線,使水產(chǎn)生光分解。

測(cè)定原理:儀器采用紫外氧化的原理,將水溶液中的總有機(jī)碳氧化為二氧化碳,并且測(cè)定其含量,二氧化碳的測(cè)試采用的是直接電導(dǎo)率法,通過測(cè)試經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的水溶液總碳含量和未經(jīng)過氧化反應(yīng)的樣品總無機(jī)碳的含量差值來測(cè)定總有機(jī)碳含量,即:總有機(jī)碳(TOC)=總碳(TC)-總無機(jī)碳(TIC)。

TOC就是關(guān)于進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和如何最好的實(shí)施這些改進(jìn)的一套管理理念和管理原則,可以幫助企業(yè)識(shí)別出在實(shí)現(xiàn)目標(biāo)的過程中存在著哪些制約因素——TOC稱之為“約束”,并進(jìn)一步指出如何實(shí)施必要的改進(jìn)來一一消除這些約束,從而更有效的實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)目標(biāo)。

Oxidation reactor

The instrument uses UV rays to oxidize organic compounds into carbon dioxide under the action of titanium dioxide photocatalyst. The oxidation reactor is a spiral quartz tube wrapped around a UV lamp. The UV lamp emits light at 185nm and 254nm to decompose aquatic products.

Measurement principle: The instrument adopts the principle of ultraviolet oxidation to oxidize the total organic carbon in the aqueous solution to carbon dioxide and determine its content. The carbon dioxide test adopts the direct conductivity method, which determines the total organic carbon content by testing the difference between the total carbon content of the oxidized aqueous solution and the total inorganic carbon content of the sample without oxidation reaction, that is, total organic carbon (TOC)=total carbon (TC) - total inorganic carbon (TIC).

TOC is a set of management concepts and principles about making improvements and how to best implement them. 從理論上對(duì)化工污水TOC與COD_a的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行了分析,對(duì)在實(shí)際工作中測(cè)得的TOC和COD_a數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了回歸分析。結(jié)果表明,化工污水的TOC和COD_a之間有著良好的相關(guān)性。在一定條件下,利用回歸方程可以從測(cè)得的TOC值推算出COD_a值,或者從COD_a值推算出TOC值。因此,TOC值可以用來表示有機(jī)廢水的污染程度,也可做為有機(jī)污染物的一個(gè)控制指標(biāo)。

 離線檢測(cè)

離線檢測(cè)時(shí),儀器可從樣品瓶或其它沒有壓力的容器直接取樣。儀器管路沖洗和儀器校準(zhǔn)應(yīng)在離線狀態(tài)操作。若樣品中有不可溶性微粒,應(yīng)經(jīng)過濾膜(孔徑60μm或更小)過濾后進(jìn)入儀器,以防止樣品中的微粒阻塞儀器。儀器的進(jìn)樣管為1/16英寸的Teflon管,經(jīng)蠕動(dòng)泵抽進(jìn)管路中的水樣流速約為0.5 ml/min。
