空段清掃器的用途
空段清掃器是指的安裝皮帶機(jī)尾部清掃非工作面的清掃器，也有人稱之為第三道清掃器，鏈條固定在皮帶機(jī)支架上，清掃器平放刮刀與皮帶接觸皮帶運(yùn)行時(shí)，通過(guò)與皮帶摩擦清掃器皮帶.

空段清掃器有支架，聚氨酯刮刀，安裝鏈條組成. 
空段清掃器中間角度是60?，邊長(zhǎng)=皮帶寬度 20公分.  
比如1米皮帶上的空段清掃器邊長(zhǎng)=1.2米，因?yàn)槭前^安裝，總長(zhǎng)=1.2米*2=2.4米.
