試驗(yàn)報(bào)告

試驗(yàn)報(bào)告應(yīng)包括下列內(nèi)容：

A.塑料名稱、規(guī)格、牌號(hào)、生產(chǎn)廠；

B.試樣的制備方法，摩擦表面狀況，測(cè)定的試樣個(gè)數(shù)；

C.環(huán)境溫度、溫度及狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)條件；

D.圓環(huán)材質(zhì)、硬度、光潔度和外徑尺寸；

E.試驗(yàn)負(fù)荷；

F.試驗(yàn)結(jié)果：磨痕寬度或體積磨損及摩擦系數(shù)的測(cè)定結(jié)果；

G.試驗(yàn)日期、人員。

Test report

The test report shall include the following contents:

A. Name, specification, brand and manufacturer of plastic;

B. Sample preparation method, friction surface condition, number of samples measured;

C. Ambient temperature, temperature and condition adjustment conditions;

D. Ring material, hardness, finish and outer diameter;

E. Test load;

F. Test results: measurement results of wear scar width or volume wear and friction coefficient;

G. Test date and personnel.

試驗(yàn)步驟

1、圓環(huán)應(yīng)清除油污，貯存于干燥缸內(nèi)以防生銹。

2、試樣經(jīng)狀態(tài)調(diào)節(jié)后用感量為0.1毫克的分析天平稱取其質(zhì)量（M1）。

3、把試樣裝進(jìn)夾具，摩擦面用角尺校正并使它與圓環(huán)的交線外于試樣正中。裝好摩擦力矩記錄紙，開(kāi)機(jī)校好零點(diǎn)。

4、再次用乙醇、丙酮等不與塑料起作用的溶劑仔細(xì)清除試樣和圓環(huán)上的油污，此后不準(zhǔn)再用手接觸試樣和圓環(huán)的表面。

5、平穩(wěn)地加荷至選定的負(fù)荷值。

6、對(duì)磨2小時(shí)后停機(jī)卸負(fù)荷，取下試樣和圓環(huán)，清理試樣表面后，用精度不低于0.02毫米的量具測(cè)量磨痕寬度，或在試驗(yàn)環(huán)境下存放1小時(shí)后稱取試樣質(zhì)量（m2)。

7、讀取摩擦力矩值。

Test steps

1. The ring shall be cleaned of oil and stored in a drying cylinder to prevent rust.

2. After the sample is conditioned, use the analytical balance with a sensitivity of 0.1 mg to weigh its mass (M1).

3. Put the sample into the fixture, calibrate the friction surface with a square and make its intersection line with the ring outside the center of the sample. Load the friction torque recording paper, start the machine and calibrate the zero point.

4. Again, carefully remove the oil stains on the sample and the ring with alcohol, acetone and other solvents that do not work with the plastic. After that, do not touch the surface of the sample and the ring with your hands.

5. Load to the selected load value smoothly.

6. After grinding for 2 hours, stop the machine to unload the load, take off the sample and the ring, clean the surface of the sample, measure the width of the grinding mark with a measuring tool with an accuracy of not less than 0.02 mm, or weigh the sample mass (m2) after storing in the test environment for 1 hour.

7. Read the friction moment value.
