1、磁滯測(cè)功機(jī)測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

磁滯測(cè)功機(jī)系統(tǒng)是基于磁滯測(cè)功機(jī)，加載控制器，電參數(shù)儀等外圍測(cè)試設(shè)備，通過(guò)LabVIEW編譯的軟件控制實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電機(jī)性能的綜合測(cè)試。可以計(jì)算并顯示多個(gè)參數(shù)（扭矩，轉(zhuǎn)速，輸出功率，電壓，電流，輸入功率，效率，轉(zhuǎn)向等），能夠進(jìn)行扭矩轉(zhuǎn)速開(kāi)閉環(huán)控制及根據(jù)客戶要求訂制。

Hysteresis dynamometer test system is being developed base upon the hysteresis dynamometer, loading controller and power meter and so on, the software control compiled by LabVIEW realizes the comprehensive test of motor performance. It can calculate and display multiple parameters (torque, speed, output power, voltage, current, input power, efficiency, direction, etc.), It is capable of open loop/closed loop control on speed or torque, and can be customized upon the request of customer. 

2、伺服電機(jī)加載測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

該系統(tǒng)配置伺服測(cè)功機(jī)來(lái)進(jìn)行測(cè)試，采用交流變頻回饋加載，加載能量通過(guò)交流負(fù)載發(fā)電機(jī)回饋給負(fù)載電阻消耗能量；扭矩、轉(zhuǎn)速通過(guò)扭矩傳感器直接測(cè)量，功率分析儀檢測(cè)電流、電壓、頻率和功率因素等，通過(guò)軟件自動(dòng)過(guò)檢測(cè)，顯示并完成數(shù)據(jù)處理和報(bào)表曲線。

This system equipped with a servo dynamometer for motor loading performance test. Adopts AC frequency conversion feedback loading, the energy is being consumed by resistors through the loading generator; torque and speed are measured directly by torque sensor, and the power analyzer detect the current, voltage, frequency and PF etc. Then automatically detect, display and complete the data processing and forms, curves through software. 

3、齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是通過(guò)伺服電機(jī)帶動(dòng)扭矩傳感器，測(cè)試被測(cè)電機(jī)不通電情況下360?的齒槽轉(zhuǎn)矩和摩擦力矩，從而分析電機(jī)的振動(dòng)和噪音。目前張力測(cè)控可以提供30mN.m~5N.m的測(cè)試設(shè)備，從而滿足不同電機(jī)的精確測(cè)試要求。

Cogging Torque Test System is to drive the torque sensor through the servo motor, and get the cogging torque & friction torque in 360? without power on, so can analyze the vibration and noise of motor under test. By now Tension Technology can provide equipment to meet the precise test request of 30mN.m~5N.m for different motors. 

4、電機(jī)壽命測(cè)試系統(tǒng)

五工位電機(jī)壽命測(cè)試系統(tǒng)是電機(jī)模擬負(fù)載耐久測(cè)試的專用設(shè)備。該系統(tǒng)由磁滯制動(dòng)器，恒流源，工裝夾具，工控機(jī)，聯(lián)軸器，控制器，測(cè)試臺(tái)和測(cè)試軟件等組成，五個(gè)獨(dú)立通道互不干涉，能快速，精準(zhǔn)的檢測(cè)被測(cè)電機(jī)的電流，溫度等參數(shù)。

Five-station motor life test system is a customized system for motor durability test by applying simulation load. The system consists of hysteresis brake, constant current source, fixture, IPC, coupling, controller, test bench, test software and other components.
