展會(huì)概況|Exhibition Background

“低空經(jīng)濟(jì)”是指以民用有人駕駛和無人駕駛航空器為主，以載人、載貨及其他作業(yè)等多場景低空飛行活動(dòng)為牽引，輻射帶動(dòng)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域融合發(fā)展的綜合性經(jīng)濟(jì)形態(tài)。2024年以來，低空經(jīng)濟(jì)的概念漸熱，我國各地進(jìn)入產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展加速期。作為新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的重要代表，低空經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展貢獻(xiàn)突出。面對(duì)這一潛力巨大的新賽道市場，在相關(guān)政策扶持驅(qū)動(dòng)下，低空經(jīng)濟(jì)產(chǎn)業(yè)有望持續(xù)快速增長。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，到2025年，中國低空經(jīng)濟(jì)的市場規(guī)模預(yù)計(jì)達(dá)到1.5萬億元，到2035年有望達(dá)到3.5萬億元。上海作為華東區(qū)域無人機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展高地，早在2022年9月上海市就發(fā)布《上海打造未來產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新高地發(fā)展壯大未來產(chǎn)業(yè)集群行動(dòng)方案》，將在浦東、楊浦、閔行、金山、松江、青浦、崇明等區(qū)域，打造未來空間產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。其中，金山區(qū)華東無人機(jī)基地還作為全國首批民用無人駕駛航空試驗(yàn)區(qū)，占地面積5.5萬平方米，涵蓋制造、應(yīng)用、材料等各類無人機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，這都將為低空經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展提供沃土。為培育低空經(jīng)濟(jì)新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力、構(gòu)建低空生態(tài)發(fā)展新格局，打造中國無人機(jī)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展高地。在上海市經(jīng)濟(jì)和信息化委員會(huì)指導(dǎo)下，經(jīng)上海市商務(wù)委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，由上海市航空學(xué)會(huì)主辦，上海勵(lì)貿(mào)展覽服務(wù)有限公司、上海勵(lì)聞?wù)褂[服務(wù)有限公司具體承辦的“2025上海國際低空經(jīng)濟(jì)博覽會(huì)”定于2025年06月11日-13日在上海新國際博覽中心召開，展出類別涵蓋航空器研發(fā)制造、低空飛行基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)運(yùn)營、飛行服務(wù)保障等各產(chǎn)業(yè)與應(yīng)用場景等。組委會(huì)希望此活動(dòng)的召開為低空經(jīng)濟(jì)從業(yè)人士搭建一個(gè)專業(yè)和富有成效的產(chǎn)品及服務(wù)展示、商貿(mào)洽談、技術(shù)交流的國際平臺(tái)，助力低空經(jīng)濟(jì)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。

"Low-altitude economy" refers to a comprehensive economic form that focuses on civil manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, takes multi-scenario low-altitude flight activities such as manned, cargo and other operations as the traction, and radiates the integrated development of related fields. Since 2024, the concept of low-altitude economy has become hotter, and various parts of China have entered a period of accelerated industrial development. As an important representative of new quality productivity, the low-altitude economy has made outstanding contributions to regional economic development. In the face of this new track market with huge potential, driven by relevant policy support, the low-altitude economic industry is expected to continue to grow rapidly. Data shows that by 2025, the market size of China's low-altitude economy is expected to reach 1.5 trillion yuan, and by 2035, it is expected to reach 3.5 trillion yuan. As the development highland of the UAV industry in East China, Shanghai issued the "Action Plan for Shanghai to Build a Future Industrial Innovation Highland and Develop and Expand Future Industrial Clusters" as early as September 2022, which will build future space industrial clusters in Pudong, Yangpu, Minhang, Jinshan, Songjiang, Qingpu, Chongming and other regions. Among them, the East China UAV base in Jinshan District is also the first batch of civil unmanned aviation test areas in the country, covering an area of 55,000 square meters, covering various UAV industry chains such as manufacturing, applications, and materials, which will provide fertile ground for the rapid development of the low-altitude economy. In order to cultivate new quality productivity of low-altitude economy, build a new pattern of low-altitude ecological development, and create a highland for the development of China's UAV industry. Under the guidance of the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology, approved by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, sponsored by the Shanghai Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and organized by Shanghai L&M Exhibition Service Co., Ltd., the "Shanghai International Low-altitude Economy & UAV System Technology EXPO 2025 " is scheduled to be held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from June 11 to 13, 2025. The organizing committee hopes that the convening of this event will build an international platform for low-altitude economic practitioners professional for fruitful product and service display, business negotiation and technical exchange, and promote the high-quality development of low-altitude economy.
